If You Dont Do This You Are Heading For Trouble

If you don’t do this you are heading for trouble

(The scary truth about the health of lethargic living)

It starts off by the hardening of the arteries. Your hearts ability to pump blood round the body becomes restricted. The heart works harder than it ever has before in order to pump blood round a body that has grown use to not exercising, and not moving through exercise.

They say 1 in 5 men will die from cardiovascular disease in this generation, according to DR Darwin  Labarthe ( MD, MPH, PhD). men’s arteries clog up significantly quicker than that of women’s arteries. But with man and women’s diet similar, women are becoming as equally likely to suffer from heart disease as men.

Cardiovascular disease works like this, cholesterol plaques gradually block the arteries in the heart and brain, and this then causes a blood clot to form, blocking the artery and causing a heart attack or stroke.

This is happening earlier and earlier in human existence. Each generation our life expectancy is lowered, by the growing rates of obesity and diabetes.

Mans average age for death from cardiovascular disease is fewer than 65.

That precious time spent building for retirement, surely looks worse now than it has ever done before.

But it’s not too late.

It’s not too late to stand up, whatever your age and say “I’m not doing this no more I’m doing things differently.” This is your life you deserve a life filled with passion and purpose.

Take small steps, it’s never too late to get it right with your next meal.

Bring your body to life with foods bursting with nutritional energy. The modern day diet is crying out for foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Treat your body with the respect and love it deserves.

Start today by getting that body of yours moving. Don’t stay trapped in a body which serves no purpose. You can live a life free from fatigue and wastefulness. Just take the appropriate action

Eat healthy, move healthy, stay happy and do something which inspires your existence.

Thanks for listening guys.
