What Is Meditation

Hey Guys

I'm a firm believer that we learn something new every day especially if you are observant to everything that physically surrounds you. Everything is a learning opportunity so this is going to be a short blog daily about some incredible life lesson which I learned today which can help you and I live a better positive healthy life.

Todays Lesson

Today’s lesson is all about meditation. Meditation has a reputation of being very spiritual and being perceived as a sort of luxury, which yes may work but will take a lot of time and dedication to comprehend, neither is true. The power of meditation goes well beyond that of how the media portray it. Meditation has health factor’s beyond that of mental and physical. Your own existence even begins to manifest, your own desire and your true health begins to take shape. You become the master of your mind; external forces around you hold less of control when you begin to strengthen your mind. Meditation gives you the understanding of you and the deep control of your actions, your become more happy and spiritually aware. And for only 10 minutes a day, what have you got to lose.

P.S. I've done meditation for the past few month and the results have been amazing on my mind and my sense of direction, but more of that to come in a upcoming blog.  ;)
