8 Steps To Having The Ultimate Morning Routine

Wake up feeling incredible, take life head on, be everything you are meant to be, live life for the rest of the day.

The ultimate morning routine that will transform you into an action orientated individual who is driven, dedicated, passionate and energized for the entire day

1. Ignore your phone for at least 30 minutes.

Limit your screen time as much as possible when you first wake up, it's a good way to not be a slave to your technology all day. (And, really, your phones shouldn't be in your room at all.) 2. Drink a glass of cold water. It really perks you up. Plus, your body is really dehydrated after sleeping for a full seven to nine hours.

3. Cold Shower

Yes, that’s right jumpstart your day with a nice cold shower to face a fear, begin the day refreshed and feeling new. Warm showers make you feel hazy and lethargic, cold showers will shock you, wake you up and bring you back to the present 

4. Meditation

Meditate for 5 minutes or however long you feel. If you struggle to meditate, just try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth and try and let your mind be at ease.

5. Move Your Body

Yoga will be your new friend every single morning, for 5 minutes to 25 yoga will make you feel fantastic every single morning, make sure you understand what yoga is doing for you, understand that yoga is helping the muscles of the body waking up into a release, remember your body has been in a sleep state for the last 8 hours.

6. Eat breakfast.

It's one of the most important meals of the day, and there are a lot of a reasons why: It jump starts your metabolism and helps prevent you from over snacking later. Even if you don't have a lot of time, a quickie breakfast (a handful of fruit and some nuts and seeds) has some big benefits for the rest of the day.

7. Time to feel inspired

 It's important that you understand what you're striving for every single day, you must understand your goals, and you must be constantly learning as well so it's important for you to Read a personal development book, some great personal development books we read are, Mastery by Robert Green, The Alchemist by Paulo Quello, Awaken The Giant Within by Tony Robbins, or you can also watch a motivational video or listen to light and positive music while sipping on a green tea. You will find yourself listening to some pieces of music or videos over and over again and still learn something new each time and feel inspired. 8. Set a goal.

Try jotting something down in your journal, or yelling out a positive mantra. Whatever it is, give yourself direction for the day.


Ask yourself these 3 questions

What are 3 things you are grateful for?

What are the top 5 most important priorities in your life right now?

What are you feeling right now in this moment?


I know it’s going to be tough to adjust to this routine or hobby, but in order to change your life, you must be willing to make some sacrifices and the first is, wasting the morning on Facebook, emails or anything else which distracts you in the morning, time to take charge of your life, sacrifice something today for something better tomorrow, give this a try for a whole week and I’m sure you’ll never go back to a stagnant morning routine, be the person who wakes up in another level and take charge of your life!!!
