If You Are Thinking Like Everyone Else Then You Aren't Thinking.

If you truly want to change your life, you must first change your mind. You must free it from the restrictive thinking that holds you back. People's mindsets It’s often misguided. The more you choose your actions based on what other people are doing and thinking, the less you’ll do what you feel is right, and the less fabulously you’ll live

Do You Want To Be Average?  

Do You Want To Be Training The Same Way Everyone Else Is?,

Do You Want To Have The Same Body As Everyone Else?.

Probably Not.

 But if you base your thinking on “conventional wisdom,” average is your fate. Going along with the crowd and the norm is definitely easier than thinking for yourself, but it’s not the way to live your best life and get the most from your health and body.


"You are what you do today, not what you say you’ll do tomorrow."


There are many times we make decisions based on other people’s thinking, this happens scarily close to all the time. We automatically train the same way our friends are, because that’s easier than considering whether you would be better off in a different training environment to suit what you want. We eat what our families have eaten since childhood, even if it’s not the healthiest food. We follow the rules that were set by others years ago in terms of many different things instead of breaking out of the box and trying something different. 

Okay, I’ve Convinced You, But How Do You Think Differently? 


"You are only destined to become one person – the person you decide to be.. "

For one day, question everything you take for granted, from the way you brush your teeth in the morning to how you get your work done to how you communicate with your family.

 Why Do You Do It The Way You Do?

Would It Be Better If You Tried Doing It A Different Way?

Can You Try That Right Now?


What If You: Trained a few muscle groups together other than just working on one body part, “its chest day to day cannot train legs, they won't be recovered today?

What If You: Combined a yoga session with training, instead of your usual 30 second warm up and training? Maybe cause it's not cool and everyone one would laugh cause its not the norm.

What If You: Took a different route to work? What if you said No to an obligation you would normally say Yes to, even though you didn’t really want to?


"To get something you’ve never had, you must do something you’ve never done."


 We all have Greatness in Us. We do have it within us to choose how we are going to live our lives Live each and every day, minute, second, to the fullest.
