“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity, the fears are paper tiger. You can do anything if you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life and procedure, the rest is it’s own reward.”  Amelia Earhart

In life we are constantly given opportunity, unique opportunity which can creates bliss or destruction, its our perception of how we take opportunity that coincides our view point of this world. We are blessed with the knowing of how powerful mankind can be, but we can also be left in horror about the destruction and self sabotage.

WE are caught in that black ball point of time, the time where we have the technology to go build a colony on Mars but are left struggling to even do a 30 day challenge on healthy eating. We haven't yet fundamentally  grasped the identity of human, but are running into the future at a blistering pace.

This episode breaks down many of the small black points in which us humans are stuck on. Such as health and understanding of who and what we are, also we get to hear Dan’s mushroom story so that's a plus.

We like to create a knowing of what it takes to be human. We are blessed with the beauty of wonder and cursed with the self sabotage. Luckily for us though our self sabotage can be halted so all we are left with is the beauty and wonder.

That is why i’m leaving you with another bit of quote, well this is more life advice. Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. Thanks Buddha.

UFOs, Crop Circles, Sacred geometry & UFOs Witnessed by School Children - Gary King

DOWNLOAD OR STREAM

“Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.”
― Arthur C. Clarke

If you value intelligence, technology, or understanding the universe then you realize that we, as humans, are not only the very best that the universe has to offer, but that it’s all on us. If we screw up then the universe will remain a mystery. It makes us the one single light of reason in an incomprehensibly large and dark room.

And it means that we are alone in facing our problems, alone in experiencing war and hate and all the darkness that comes from intelligence misused, it means no one and nothing is going to show up and say “Hey humanity, you’ve done well you know? You screwed up some places, but so did we.”

For me the idea that humanity is the only glimmer of intelligence in the universe makes all our petty squabbles and politics more damning. It means that the people in power are risking stakes they cannot comprehend for gains so short term that they’re not even visible on a geological scale, much less a cosmic one. Imagine all that humanity could accomplish, the colonies of life and reason spreading throughout the cosmos, every planet we visit and terraform would bring new and unique life into the universe, imagine the wonders we could create and then realize that we risk it all over things which won’t matter in 40 years or which would be better solved using reason. Add to it the fact that we risk all of that potential not only for ourselves but for the universe at large, and it is an awesome responsibility. Vor Dresden

I used this quote by Vor Dresden, because it sum’s up the true reality that we humans have to undertake, we are locked away in a room, with no understanding of what other species lie on the other side of the door. That's what fascinates us about the universe the bright lights we see in the sky, they call to us, they’re the reason we become fascinated with life, death and what this is all about. That's why its an honour to talk to our guest today GARY KING because he opens up the truth on what this is all about and gives us some glimpses on what its like beyond the door.

Multidimensional Beings & True Nature of Reality - Nick Kyle | AP#129

WATCH OR STREAM, YOU DECIDE!

“There is no greater mystery than this, that we keep seeking reality though in fact we are reality. We think that there is something hiding reality and that this must be destroyed before reality is gained. How ridiculous! A day will dawn when you will laugh at all your past efforts. That which will be the day you laugh is also here and now.” Ramana Maharshi

We are constantly asking ourselves the bigger questions in life, but what does that lead to? What would happen if everyone started asking about the nature of reality, this episode, we constantly analyse what the game is all about.

Our imagination is crucial to the process of understanding the game of life, we create our own beautiful understanding of life and this comes through the process of imagination, this is an unlocking of a power beyond that of the conscious mind, the possibility is that this power comes from an external source is far greater than we are lead to believe. “We loosely talk of Self-realization, for lack of a better term.  But how can one realize or make real that which alone is real? All we need to do is to give up our habit of regarding as real that which is unreal. All religious practices are meant solely to help us do this. When we stop regarding the unreal as real, then reality alone will remain, and we will be that.”

This quote elevates a lot of what the mystery of life is all about, again this quote is from Ramana, but it speaks about the identity of life. “Relative knowledge pertains to the mind and not to the Self. It is therefore illusory and not permanent. Take a scientist, for instance.  He formulates a theory that the Earth is round and goes on to prove it on an incontrovertible basis. When he falls asleep the whole idea vanishes; his mind is left a blank. What does it matter whether the world remains round or flat when he is asleep? So you see the futility of all such relative knowledge. One should go beyond relative knowledge and abide in the Self. Real knowledge is such experience, and not apprehension by the mind.”

Now prepare for a trip to the paranormal side, and the quest to understand who and what you are, prepare to breakdown the complete nature of reality and what this game is is all about. with the incredible Nick Kyle.

Nick is the past president of the Scottish Society for Psychical Research. A semi-retired schoolteacher, now working part-time in the university sector, he is a ‘son of the manse’ [ie. Scottish!] who has been psychically aware since early childhood. Trying to understand his sense of ‘spirit,’ he began to explore beyond religion to spiritualism. Impressed by the late Professor Archie Roy, Nick expanded his interests to include psychical research and eventually led the Scottish Society for Psychical Research for over a decade, carefully investigating ostensible cases of paranormality, with a growing interest in developing his own mediumship. Preferring to work discreetly behind the glare of publicity, Nick blends an open-minded scepticism with mediumistic sensitivities to go cautiously where the evidence leads him, including to places like Peru, Brazil, Italy, Canada and the USA.

Observing Our Thoughts 14

DOWNLOAD, WATCH, SAY HI OR JUST TURN IT OFF GO OUTSIDE AND ENJOY YOURSELVES, LIVE YOUR AMAZING LIFE, WHATEVER YOU DO THANKS FOR CHECKING THIS OUT

"The more technical this world becomes, the more obsessed we become with our phones, our status, our money, the less we realize how great we really have it. The vast majority of people bitch and moan about things that don’t matter. The fact you’re alive, healthy, and able to work is literally a miracle. Do you realize what has to happen for you to be born, and the chances you came out as you? The odds of you being born as you are about 1 in 400 trillion, or more take a second and think about that, and put a smile on your face, you fucking miracle you…"   Steve Gazibara

This was a powerful episode, that really awoke Dan and Chris together, even though it got a little heated we both understood that the value of life is that there is a deep knowing that there is something more, this episode was a knowing and understanding of what this is all about. Of course everyone is going to question what this is, in there own different way.

Is this a blip in time, and we are just a spec of dust that is going to run out eventually or are we a simulated experience, who knows but the mere fact we are asking the questions about the boundaries of what this game we call life is, shows how far we have come.

Chris and Dan are both human beings exploring this journey together in their own way, the beauty of this is that when ideas get together they can burn into something great, and does it get any bigger than asking the question what is life?

Us humans easily get caught up in the low level consciousness thinking of what it takes to survive the daily grind, what am i having for tea tonight or what is going to happen in my favorite soap opera, but all of it is as relevant as how you make it, looking outside and staring at the moon and stars at night is something which gives me perspective on life, it shows the grandness of the universe and how much our priorities really take presence in our lives considering there is 33 Trillion Trillion Billion chance of us being here, consider yourself a miracle, and treat life as such.

Human Impact on the Planet - Jan Kuśmirek

"The secret of genius is to carry the spirit of the child into old age, which means never losing your enthusiasm." Aldous Huxley

We we're lucky to meet Jan Kusmirek down the Glastonbury Symposium, it was one of the most powerful and amazing eye opening weekend's we have done, meeting some incredible people who really expanded our minds and souls to a fountain of new ideas and Jan certainly did just that.

Being a man who brought so much to the health industry, Jan has such a deep understanding about the beauty industry and inner workings of nature and our connection to her. He developed a life-long appreciation of nature, agriculture and organic produce through his early years.

This quote below is very interesting becasuse it was taken from the book that inspired Jan on his jounrey for betterment. It sets the tone for life and this deeply moving podcast.

“The history of life on Earth has been a history of interaction between living things and their surroundings. To a large extent, the physical form and the habits of the earth’s vegetation and its animal life have been molded by the environment. Considering the whole span of earthly time, the opposite effect, in which life actually modifies its surroundings, has been relatively slight. Only within the moment of time represented by the present century has one species -man- acquired significant power to alter the nature of his world.” – Rachel Carson (author of Silent Spring)

Owning Your Own Shit - Jason Porthouse | AP#127

DOWNLOAD OR WATCH BELOW

"Unlike a drop of water which loses its identity when it joins the ocean, man does not lose his being in the society in which he lives. Man's life is independent. He is born not for the development of the society alone, but for the development of his self." B. R. Ambedkar

We look at the state of civilization that we are in and we can't comprehend the true undertaking it is to become a successful human being. Just looking at the inner state of health, our food choices are made through taste and not nutritional benefit, our lives are guided through what idols say and do, TV is scripted to keep you hooked for long periods of hours, our dopamine hits are instantaneous through the likes of social media.

We always seem to get caught up in this bullshit through life, never really being at our utmost best. We are stuck in this desire vs need mindset, in which we need a healthy mind body and soul connection but desire, bad food, bad social conditioning and ultimately bad physically and mentally.

We are scared of the true willingness it is to undertake a project such as yourself. It's hard to look at yourself in the deep honest core that is your sense of identity and ask honestly of the question what do I truly desire, and Have I got what it takes. This episode is about understanding that void in civilization, understanding the deep meaningful impact each and every decision makes on your mind.

Jason Porthouse is a power house of a guest and one which opens our ideas of society and makes us question who and what we are, in this fear based society.

Natural Cures, Balance Your Body's pH, Placebo Effect - Clive de Carle | AP#126

"To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him." Buddha

We've all being been given a unique and powerful gift, our body and mind are incredibly powerful and unique. It is one of the most pristine, highly designed, and amazing things in the whole universe. So to keep the body and mind in a pure state of excellence is hard to do, but can be rewarding.

Clive de Carle unfortunately got struck down, told the disease he had will effect him for the rest of his life, with nothing to do Clive, got to use the most powerful thing he has, the human mind, and his search for knowledge began.

He understood health, is to know one's true self it is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. Interestingly enough, health is not simply defined as just the absence of disease. The actual definition of Healthy Living is the steps, actions and strategies one puts in place to achieve optimum health. Healthy Living is about taking responsibility and making smart health choices for today and for the future. Eating right, getting physically fit, emotional wellness, spiritual wellness and prevention are all apart of creating a healthy lifestyle. Since the entire YOU, meaning all aspects of one’s self, must work in harmony to achieve wellness, you need to put balanced energy into each aspect of yourself.

Through study Clive realised that he simply needed supplemental minerals, probiotics and vitamins to return to normal life and is now healthy and happy again.

Through Clive's work, tens of thousands of people that conventional medicine stated were incurable have now recovered their health using natural means, including those suffering from advanced terminal diseases.

Unf*ck Yourself From The Modern World - Antarma & Luke Miller | AP#125

STREAM ABOVE OR WATCH BELOW

"My comfort zone is like a little bubble around me, and I've pushed it in different directions and made it bigger and bigger until these objectives that seemed totally crazy eventually fall within the realm of the possible." Alex Honnold

This piece below is an incredible understanding of unplugging from the matrix and gives us a huge insight into the minds of the modern world of people and their connection to this matrix. Alot of amazing insight in this by Truls Bakke

The system is one’s ego and one’s ego shape our consciousness. They are fundamentally one and the same. To become unplugged implies shattering your illusive identity, the story about you and the world around you. It implies becoming face to face with reality, and thus acknowledge all the negative and positive aspects of the world around you, not only those fit to your “story”.

Many people today live their lives in a bubble, unable to acknowledge cause and effect in our world. They build their illusive and biased identities around an unsustainable economic, cultural and social system. Most of today’s most pressing problems relates to our inability to comprehend the consequences and the stories of our actions. Climate change, environmental degradation, war, poverty etc. All these problems occur because we humans are unable to comprehend the costs of our actions. To wake up and become unplugged is to see and understand the nuances of what is going on. Those, not ready to wake up, have locket their stories away and tossed the key.

In the sacred texts of Buddhism, Buddha (living his wealthy life in his castle, or matrix) became ready to be unplugged when he saw human suffering, disease and death for the first time. The story that Buddha had built himself his entire life instantly collapsed. Aware that his story was false, Buddha decided to take another route, the route towards enlightenment. His aim was to detach and destroy every part of the story. He wanted to become nothing. However, while sitting under the sacred Bodhi tree and unplugging himself from the very essence of human identity, which meant death, Buddha recognized something important. He saw that enlightenment and nothingness was not “nothing, but rather "everything" (think again about matrix).

So in order to become ready to be unplugged, you have to shake or shatter the story about you. Those, whose stories or identities remain intact, are not ready to be unplugged.

How To Deal With Loneliness, Brain Cells vs Universe, Lucid Dreams - Observing our Thoughts 13 | AP

DOWNLOAD, STREAM OR WATCH

"I don't fear death so much as I fear its prologues: loneliness, decrepitude, pain, debilitation, depression, senility. After a few years of those, I imagine death presents like a holiday at the beach." Mary Roach

THE many mysteries of life continue to inspire us and continue to awe the psyche, but fundamentally beyond the magnitude of what we are, we are very weak and fragile mentally and physically. We are determined by factors such as loneliness, what we eat, how we live our lives. Its amazing how people can understand the vastness of math, science and the entirety of the universe, but be overwhelmed with what to eat.

WE are so blessed that we have on average make 35'000 choices a day,  and these choices are critical in playing a part to our health and mental well being, you meditating for 10 minutes on the morning can play so much in say comparison to watching that TV in the long term scale.

This episode is one to ignite the beauty in life, combating loneliness and the limiting factors of the human experience, and to bring to life the greatness that is waiting inside everyone, first and foremost accept who you are, where you being, and be blessed that you have a lived a life which has led you to this point, next step is growth. This is what this episode is all about. Let the growth of knowledge go deep inside your mind and grow to be the intrinsic choices you play on a daily basis.
