Minimalism, Living Simply & Living Full Time on the Road - Andrew Ditton | AP#136

WATCH, DOWNLOAD OR STREAM..OR JUST GO AND DO SOMETHING ELSE, THE WORLD IS YOURS!

“The gladdest moment in human life, me thinks, is a departure into unknown lands.”Sir Richard Burton

I spoke to someone yesterday how travel broadens the mind and body, she agreed and went onto say that the mind can only bear fruits from the root foundations and that only comes from the distance the roots have traveled.

Travel brings to you a perspective on life, all through my life as a kid I wanted a big house and a Range Rover. (Very materialistic young man I was) It was what i thought could bring you a sense on completion in life. I believed these symbols of power was what created a sense of existence to life. When I got older I understood that there is only a few sense of luxuries in life in that is what we already have given. A Body, a Mind, Education. Sense of fulfillment. The true goals of greatness in life are to understand who you are, and the more stuff you collect the cloudy your idea of me becomes. understanding minimalism is that it wants to take your life to what it truly is.

This whole idea of minimalism, living simply and traveling full time, helps you explore not only the world but you. You learn your hopes, your fears, the conditioning you have being under your whole life. You move away from the societal traps from your family and explore.

This is the power today’s guest brings. so prepare yourself for what is an episode that pushes the boundaries of westernized beliefs and creates a spark in the mind to say whats beyond the horizon.

Visiting The World's Remote Tribes on The Planet - Bruce Parry | AP#135

DOWNLOAD OR WATCH BELOW

“I always encourage people to get out there, travel the world, see new things, experience new people, experience new food, experience new culture. What happens is that helps you to grow and be your best self.” Karamo Brown

For many of us our culture seems to be so limited, we reside in doing the simple things day in and day out, meeting people with the same skin co lour, who have the same ideology, mindset, jobs as us. They talk about the same thing that they watched last night and go about the day complaining and moaning about trivial stuff, unaware that their is a whole world of cultures out there. Deep remote tribes whose culture could open their eyes of any individual. We are completely lost in this western 9-5 lifestyle. Completely stuck in these fabricated routines, we don’t understand any true wisdom of any culture other than our own, even watching a documentary or a talk has limited appeal because your senses, emotions physical being is not interacting with that culture where such a way would create everlasting change.

This is why a podcast episode like this is so important, because we get to truly know what one mans out look on life is after so much inner and outer exploration of the mind, BRUCE PARRY has being out there in the struggles and daily cultures of these tribes, exploring not only their lifestyle and way of being, but battling within himself to find what it truly takes to be human.

Spending a day or two in the lives of these cultures will show you more about yourself than any self help book, audio book, podcast (except Ascend of course :p)can ever do. We wanted to make sure that wisdom was released so we studied, analysed the questions that would explore the soul of this great man. And we come up with a hell of a podcast. So this podcast episode other than being out there with the tribes is the best for expanding your knowledge of other tribes and how they can completely radically change your life.

Diets of The Longest Living Humans - Clive de Carle | AP#134

WATCH DOWNLOAD, SHARE THE LOVE, LIVE LONGER

“Over weeks and months ...you will get addicted to the awesome taste of healthy food...and start wondering why you never did it earlier!”
― The Fitness Doc

Many people claim to to have the insight into health. They have read the books, read the studies, the stories, but very few have lived in the field growing their own organic food, looking beyond the studies, into independent studies and taken the time to really analyse each and everything that can affect you. Please welcome the man who really does all the in depth studies and knows his shit lets say Clive De Carle…

Its interesting but many people prioritize weight loss and will do anything to get it, your goal is not deprivation but nourishment and reprogramming. By nourishment, I mean nutrition. By reprogramming, I mean resetting your hormones, turning genes on and off, and transforming your metabolism in order to change your set point. This can be accomplished with a relatively simple plan. Of reducing Reduce starches and eliminate refined sugars from the diet, thats one of the main catalysts. You will be seeing a succession of results rather quickly, by eliminating these from your diet. At first it will be hard because you will have under gone a strong deep neurological and biological connection to these foods, so basically you will have the same withdrawals as a junkie if your neurological and emotional connection is strong enough.

an Increase Monounsaturated fat is a type of dietary fat. It is one of the healthy fats, along with polyunsaturated fat. After finishing the book Genius Foods by Max Lugavere, there was never more inclination for me to look at Fat and the roles it plays on longevity and health, with studies after studies it was astonishing the roles of how health dietary fat made up our health. These are just two of the major factors i’ve used recently to help with my health.

This is the powerful story of Clive’s Incredible Health Journey…

”I have always been interested in natural health but my journey into health really began at the age of 32 when, at the peak of my success as a entrepreneur in the field of ophthalmic optics and neuro-surgery, I found myself hospitalised and in a critical state after a major reaction to an antibiotic.

Despite being fit and healthy, the antibiotic sent my body into extreme shock, resulting in Type 1 diabetes and crippling arthritis. Before I knew it, I could barely walk and soon holding a cup of tea or doing up buttons became impossible. I was hospitalised for weeks and the doctors told me there was no hope of a cure. My future looked bleak.

However, I refused to accept the doctors' verdict and determined to prove them wrong. I had already thrown myself into independent research using natural remedies and I decided to check myself out of the hospital and commenced a program of nutritional supplementation. After about a year I had completely reversed all the symptoms of arthritis. The doctors were astounded yet disinterested in how I had actually done it.

My recovery triggered a new thirst for knowledge. I developed a burning desire to find out what further hidden cures for disease might exist that could benefit humanity. I decided an important step would be to deepen my understanding of nutrition and I moved to Andalucia in Spain, purchased an organic farm and set about deepening my understanding of old plant varieties and our ancestor's gardening techniques along with the relationship between soil conditions, nutrient levels and health.

As I am sure you know, due to modern industrial farming methods our soils worldwide are woefully deficient in minerals and, so are we, if we eat food grown on those depleted soils. So as most people simply can't  get enough nutrients from their food, supplementation is a vital and a major key to reversing symptoms of disease by restarting the body's innate ability to self repair.

After I left ophthalmic optics in the 1980's, one of the companies I founded went on to become the UK's largest supplier of contact lenses. We made Boot's contact lenses and made lenses for many of the majors and the company is now owned by Johnson and Johnson. I also ran a lie detector company and imported rare cars from Japan, appearing on Top Gear in 1993.  I then switched to focussing solely on health.

Today, over 30 years since my recovery I have been lucky enough to have advised thousands of clients and I am more convinced than ever that most disease can be primarily explained as nutrient deficiency and toxicity. I have also been priviledged enough to have met, interviewed and worked with many of the leading lights in the health world, from whom i learned so many miraculous solutions to the health issues of today.

This includes not just nutritional remedies but ranges from breakthrough stem cell and peptide therapy to quantum bio-resonance devices, neuro feedback, PEMF, diathermy, advanced diagnostics and many more exciting vanguard discoveries with the potential to revolutionise our expectations for humanity and health.

Rethinking Reality, Space, Time, Consciousness & Hypnosis - Dr Ian D. Rubinstein | AP#133

WATCH, DOWNLOAD, JUMP FOR JOY, LIVE IN THE MOMENT, WHATEVER YOU DO MAKE SURE ASCEND IS WITH YOU.

According to [pioneering physicist] Sir James Jeans: “the stream of knowledge is heading towards a non-mechanical reality; the Universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter… we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter.” . . . The Universe is immaterial — mental and spiritual. Live, and enjoy.

(“The Mental Universe”; Nature 436:29,2005)

One of the biggest questions that scientist’s have tried to answer for the last millennia, has being what is consciousness, how does it reside, where does it come from. These questions are at the fore front of many minds of the greatest scientists, philosopher, religious figures, and two awesome podcasters ofcourse. Asking these questions is fundamental to understanding the true nature of our reality.

But why the concern? why not marvel at the miracle that is consciousness, why do we get lost in the understanding of space when there is so much beauty and incredible unexplored places in this world? Because fundamentally the two most desired locations of mankind will always be deep space exploration, and through the deepest regions of the mind.

We constantly get lost in the marvel that is space and time and consciousness that we find There have been over 20,000 papers written on consciousness, but yet our understanding has grown very little since. This is how we perceive consciousness, we chase it down like Indiana Jones would search for the Ark of the Covenant, but yet unable to truly gaze upon what it truly is.

Consciousness is not mind; it is the ground of all being, the ground of both matter and mind. Matter and mind are both possibilities of consciousness.  Amit Goswami

Meet Dr Ian Rubinstein who has tapped into something so powerful with deep hypnosis, and his fascination with consciousness. With some amazing insight and understanding please enjoy this deep and powerful episode.

My name is Dr Ian Rubenstein. I'm a GP (primary care physician) in a medical practice in Enfield, London, UK. Obviously I’m scientifically inclined. You have to be to be a doctor. Medicine is, after all, science-based: you need to pass your science exams to go to medical school. Science, logic, reason: what else would there be? Patients, meetings, being on-call: a normal medical career. Busy, of course. Demanding, naturally. But well, what do you expect? That was my life in the summer of 2003. I didn't know it at the time but I was like a man standing on the edge of a cliff. When I took a leap of faith off that cliff I found that I'd embarked on an intriguing journey through the Twilight Zone. And then some really strange things started to happen....

Atlantis, Physical Immortality & Human Evolution - Observing our Thoughts 16 | AP

WATCH, STREAM, DOWNLOAD, ADD LITTLE SMILEY FACES TO THE SCREEN..JUST HAVE A GOOD TIME

Humanity has only scratched the surface of its real potential.” Peace Pilgrim

We often talk about the deep introspection that comes with just sitting with one’s self and analyzing life. This is how Chris and Dan often come up with these understanding’s of life. existence and way of becoming a stronger more adept human.

Ultimately we are all searching to be an adept human, a better brother, father, mother, sister, daughter, friend, what ever. But in the search to be better we often miss what’s straight in front of us. We miss life. The connected moments when two people are just enjoying life with no agenda, no wants, needs or desires.

In this episode Dan and Chris both release their profound non wisdom viewpoints. We often here that life is perfect and god has a plan for us all or nature designed everything in the right way, well this episode we questioned those statements to find out the longing for something different.. We want to find out our version of truth to life’s deepest questions.

I came across this piece of work by Ron Whitaker which gives us the key to to understanding what we think we know.

“Spiritual understanding is an interesting concept. Understanding is not what the spiritual path entails. In fact, final steps do not involve thinking or understanding. Look at all the theories, teachings, religions, masters all professing differing ideas and concepts. Just how many followers suddenly stand up and walk back home with full and complete spiritual understanding, all done complete.

Develop is another interesting misdirection. This word implies building, accumulating. We study, learn struggling to find answers. We accumulate ideas, theories pulling together understandings and beliefs.

The masters all profess the the answer lies within, within each of us. Let’s look at just two of the better known Ramana Maharishi and Nisargadatta Maharaj. Both men did not study for years. Their teachings both point in the same direction. Ramana asked “Who Am I”? Nisargadatta said to hold the “I Am”. Nothing fancy just simply pointing within. This is where truth lies, not understanding or beliefs.

Truth lies within. What must be done is to remove the layers of ignorance and miss understanding. The process is simply - live life to it’s fullest. With aid of meditation to strip off the ignorance the journey is shorter. This doesn’t exclude interesting studies and learnings but keep in mind the answer is already in existence with ones own heart.”

Wow…..

Your Thoughts Are Not Your Own - Louise Bellairs | AP#132

DOWNLOAD OR WATCH

Little Itunes Pic For Stream Above.png

For long periods of my life I’ve being contemplating through the deep interaction of siting with my thoughts never truly analyzing their true extent of the power which they hold. Many people just indicate thoughts to be nothing more than a mere expansion of the wonder that is consciousness, others suggest that thoughts hold a deep and powerful energy which can change every single thing about you and your character. This article below helps me break down thoughts, and gives the exact premise to a powerful episode that breaks up our deep and powerful thoughts to use them to the betterment of all of our lives. So thank you to Louise Bellairs for this incredible episode.

Thoughts are things. They are powerful. They are preemptive. The very thoughts running through your mind can help to manifest the life of your dreams, or draw you closer to your greatest fears. But most people don’t realize the inherent power of their thoughts. We go about our lives steeped in one mindset or another, without the clear realization that whatever it is we think about or focus on consistently, we move towards.

At the very fundamental level, thoughts are purely energy. They move across the synapses in our brains, jumping from one neuron to another, moving from one cluster to the next in lightning-fast speed. It’s a near-instantaneous process. If you think about moving your hand, as you think it, it happens. There’s no lag there. You’re not waiting for some CPU to crunch directives. The mind is the most powerful computer in the world at the moment.

That energy moving across the synapses of your neurons, has potent potential to revolutionize your life. A single thought can spark a flurry of activity. In a moment we can decide and commit to something, anything, that will move us in one path or the next towards our hopes and dreams. Those same thoughts can also fester and marinate in our minds, infecting every emotion and behavior until it manifests itself into reality. R.L. Adams

Wow, I hope you got the similar universal message that I experienced after reading that which is how powerful can one thought be on the mind, body and soul? And if you let it, it can very well be the most powerful thing to happen in your life.

What Is Karma? Past Lives & What is Enlightenment!? - Guy Steven Needler | AP#131

WATCH, STREAM, DOWNLOAD.

“This enlightenment requires nothing but freedom--and the most innocent of all that may be called "freedom": freedom to make public use of one's reason in all matters. Now I hear the cry from all sides: "Do not argue!" The officer says: "Do not argue--drill!" The tax collector: "Do not argue--pay!" The pastor: "Do not argue--believe!" Only one ruler in the world says: "Argue as much as you please, but obey!" We find restrictions on freedom everywhere. But which restriction is harmful to enlightenment? Which restriction is innocent, and which advances enlightenment? I reply: the public use of one's reason must be free at all times, and this alone can bring enlightenment to mankind.” Immanuel Kant

For many moments early on in the podcast, we asked the question what is enlightenment, it was a question Chris proposed to our guest Light Watkins, on our Inner Gym Episode. his response was a very calculating one and it has stuck with me longer than any other question I (Chris) have asked any other guest. The answer was in the form of a question how would you describe enlightenment. That answer was so profound because it made the idea of Enlightenment become very enriched with how one personally finds enlightenment. you can find this episode here.

I have generally held off asking anybody else what is enlightenment, because I never believed I would find an answer which would suffice as much as Light’s answer had but Guy Steven Needler provided an answer, and many other answer’s. He has opened my 3rd eye beyond that of many other guests. So prepare and settle in to one incredibly powerful and mind blowing episode’s.

And below I have attached one of the greatest philosopher report on what is Enlightenment because it truly analyses how powerful the talk of enlightenment truly is.

Immanuel Kant (What Is Enlightenment?): Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment.

Laziness and cowardice are the reasons why such a large part of mankind gladly remain minors all their lives, long after nature has freed them from external guidance. They are the reasons why it is so easy for others to set themselves up as guardians. It is so comfortable to be a minor. If I have a book that thinks for me, a pastor who acts as my conscience, a physician who prescribes my diet, and so on--then I have no need to exert myself. I have no need to think, if only I can pay; others will take care of that disagreeable business for me. Those guardians who have kindly taken supervision upon themselves see to it that the overwhelming majority of mankind--among them the entire fair sex--should consider the step to maturity, not only as hard, but as extremely dangerous. First, these guardians make their domestic cattle stupid and carefully prevent the docile creatures from taking a single step without the leading-strings to which they have fastened them. Then they show them the danger that would threaten them if they should try to walk by themselves. Now this danger is really not very great; after stumbling a few times they would, at last, learn to walk. However, examples of such failures intimidate and generally discourage all further attempts.

MEET GUY STEVEN NEEDLER

Guy-Needlera-249x300.jpg

Guy Needler MBA, MSc, CEng, MIET, MCMA initially trained as a mechanical engineer and quickly progressed to become a chartered electrical and electronics engineer. However, throughout this earthly training, he was always aware of the greater reality around him as he caught glimpses of the worlds of spirit. From his teens to his early twenties, these glimpses drew him to read extensively the spiritual texts of the day, and meditate intensively. Then, he was told by his guides to focus on his earthly contribution, so he subconsciously scaled back the intensity of his spiritual work. When Guy reached his late thirties, he felt the call to return to his spiritual roles. The next six years saw him becoming a Reiki Master and pursuing a four-year commitment to learn energy and vibrational therapy techniques from experts in the fields.

Observing Our Thoughts 15

DOWNLOAD OR WATCH, WHAT EVER YOU DO JUST LIVE YOUR LIFE AS AWESOME AS YOU CAN!

“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity, the fears are paper tiger. You can do anything if you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life and procedure, the rest is it’s own reward.”  Amelia Earhart

In life we are constantly given opportunity, unique opportunity which can creates bliss or destruction, its our perception of how we take opportunity that coincides our view point of this world. We are blessed with the knowing of how powerful mankind can be, but we can also be left in horror about the destruction and self sabotage.

WE are caught in that black ball point of time, the time where we have the technology to go build a colony on Mars but are left struggling to even do a 30 day challenge on healthy eating. We haven't yet fundamentally  grasped the identity of human, but are running into the future at a blistering pace.

This episode breaks down many of the small black points in which us humans are stuck on. Such as health and understanding of who and what we are, also we get to hear Dan’s mushroom story so that's a plus.

We like to create a knowing of what it takes to be human. We are blessed with the beauty of wonder and cursed with the self sabotage. Luckily for us though our self sabotage can be halted so all we are left with is the beauty and wonder.

That is why i’m leaving you with another bit of quote, well this is more life advice. Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. Thanks Buddha.

UFOs, Crop Circles, Sacred geometry & UFOs Witnessed by School Children - Gary King

DOWNLOAD OR STREAM

“Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.”
― Arthur C. Clarke

If you value intelligence, technology, or understanding the universe then you realize that we, as humans, are not only the very best that the universe has to offer, but that it’s all on us. If we screw up then the universe will remain a mystery. It makes us the one single light of reason in an incomprehensibly large and dark room.

And it means that we are alone in facing our problems, alone in experiencing war and hate and all the darkness that comes from intelligence misused, it means no one and nothing is going to show up and say “Hey humanity, you’ve done well you know? You screwed up some places, but so did we.”

For me the idea that humanity is the only glimmer of intelligence in the universe makes all our petty squabbles and politics more damning. It means that the people in power are risking stakes they cannot comprehend for gains so short term that they’re not even visible on a geological scale, much less a cosmic one. Imagine all that humanity could accomplish, the colonies of life and reason spreading throughout the cosmos, every planet we visit and terraform would bring new and unique life into the universe, imagine the wonders we could create and then realize that we risk it all over things which won’t matter in 40 years or which would be better solved using reason. Add to it the fact that we risk all of that potential not only for ourselves but for the universe at large, and it is an awesome responsibility. Vor Dresden

I used this quote by Vor Dresden, because it sum’s up the true reality that we humans have to undertake, we are locked away in a room, with no understanding of what other species lie on the other side of the door. That's what fascinates us about the universe the bright lights we see in the sky, they call to us, they’re the reason we become fascinated with life, death and what this is all about. That's why its an honour to talk to our guest today GARY KING because he opens up the truth on what this is all about and gives us some glimpses on what its like beyond the door.

Multidimensional Beings & True Nature of Reality - Nick Kyle | AP#129

WATCH OR STREAM, YOU DECIDE!

“There is no greater mystery than this, that we keep seeking reality though in fact we are reality. We think that there is something hiding reality and that this must be destroyed before reality is gained. How ridiculous! A day will dawn when you will laugh at all your past efforts. That which will be the day you laugh is also here and now.” Ramana Maharshi

We are constantly asking ourselves the bigger questions in life, but what does that lead to? What would happen if everyone started asking about the nature of reality, this episode, we constantly analyse what the game is all about.

Our imagination is crucial to the process of understanding the game of life, we create our own beautiful understanding of life and this comes through the process of imagination, this is an unlocking of a power beyond that of the conscious mind, the possibility is that this power comes from an external source is far greater than we are lead to believe. “We loosely talk of Self-realization, for lack of a better term.  But how can one realize or make real that which alone is real? All we need to do is to give up our habit of regarding as real that which is unreal. All religious practices are meant solely to help us do this. When we stop regarding the unreal as real, then reality alone will remain, and we will be that.”

This quote elevates a lot of what the mystery of life is all about, again this quote is from Ramana, but it speaks about the identity of life. “Relative knowledge pertains to the mind and not to the Self. It is therefore illusory and not permanent. Take a scientist, for instance.  He formulates a theory that the Earth is round and goes on to prove it on an incontrovertible basis. When he falls asleep the whole idea vanishes; his mind is left a blank. What does it matter whether the world remains round or flat when he is asleep? So you see the futility of all such relative knowledge. One should go beyond relative knowledge and abide in the Self. Real knowledge is such experience, and not apprehension by the mind.”

Now prepare for a trip to the paranormal side, and the quest to understand who and what you are, prepare to breakdown the complete nature of reality and what this game is is all about. with the incredible Nick Kyle.

MEET NICK KYLE

A1.jpg

Nick is the past president of the Scottish Society for Psychical Research. A semi-retired schoolteacher, now working part-time in the university sector, he is a ‘son of the manse’ [ie. Scottish!] who has been psychically aware since early childhood. Trying to understand his sense of ‘spirit,’ he began to explore beyond religion to spiritualism. Impressed by the late Professor Archie Roy, Nick expanded his interests to include psychical research and eventually led the Scottish Society for Psychical Research for over a decade, carefully investigating ostensible cases of paranormality, with a growing interest in developing his own mediumship. Preferring to work discreetly behind the glare of publicity, Nick blends an open-minded scepticism with mediumistic sensitivities to go cautiously where the evidence leads him, including to places like Peru, Brazil, Italy, Canada and the USA.
