“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
― Nikola Tesla
Science tells us that all life is energy in one form or another. and, this energy is eternal, changing and morphing from one shape or form to another. Each ‘energy shape’ has its own particular pattern of frequencies, or vibrations. When one form experiences a matching frequency in the form of a musical note, the form will begin to vibrate in sympathy with a certin note. A strong enough vibration can even cause a form to restructure itself, Our body is a perfect transmitter of vibration, being 70% water. So that is why todays podcast is going to be deving into the universe of sound, when you do really think about it we are constantly walking around and living in a world of sound and sometimes we actually just forget to rember how many different beautiful sounds that are actually on this planet and are a gift to our body and minds.
When peoeople provide complex information and you struggle to understand it all straight away that’s fine, don’t get frustrated cause the fact you are exposing your self complex ideas is the fact you are meant to be. Just imagine hearing the same ideas over and over again you already do understand ? now imagine indulging your mind in new ones ? what is that doing for you brain, firing and wiring new connections all over your body. Look at training the body, working muscles you haven’t before you start reaching areas, within your body that is untapped! Now go back to a bit of information, a thought a idea that will also open up and reach areas within our minds that is untapped. So that is why Alexandre Tannous is on the podcast to give us a powerful reminder that sound is everthing. Alexandre is Sound researcher, philosopher, mystic, world traveler and speaker, But more importantly, he’s done the inner-work by traveling the world, participating in indigenous shamanistic ceremonies, steeping himself in history and mysticism and so much more. Alexandre Tannous certinlty goes deep as we discuss the finer points of sound meditation and consciousness.
