In this episode of the Ascend podcast, we are joined by Human Performance junkie Brian Mackenzie. He has spent a life time figuring out the best possible ways to tap into the potential of the body and mind. Brian is a really interesting guy and his knuckles spell out the word unscared across 8 of his figures. He is really pushing the boundaries in the world of human performance, using loads of different cool methods and techniques to get the best out our the Human body and mind. Hehas had an incredible journey and along the way created a full proof way of understanding and analyzing failure for us to grow. He understands the teachings of failure and that overall failure is life and failure is growth. This episode will reach the heart of anyone who has ever failed at anything in life, and know that if you still have the desire and the effort, and still keep pushing forward and had the guts just to attempt something then you haven't failed.
Within this podcast there are some great lessons I learned
