Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better. Albert Einstein

"Natural navigation is the rare art of finding your way using nature" Tristan Gooley

This week we had the amazing pleasure of going to do a podcast deep in the heart of nature’s natural habitat with the nautral navigator himself Tristan Gooley. We pulled up in a car park next to the vastness of the wilderness of one of the UK’s natural largest woodland, and went deep inside to reconnect with the heart’s body and mind of nature and its wondrous untapped beauty.

This podcast revealed to us exactly what natural beauty is. It is the unique and powerful adventure of exploration. The human mind is filled with goals, desires, fears and worries. We often forget so much to where we came from, we spend so long inside our square walls, in our square car, watch our square screens. That we sometimes forget truly what nature is. This is why nature itself is so crucial. It is the last true understanding of the natural world.

Nature itself will always have it’s own language and our great ancestors from past, past, past generations would of understood it clearly, but without daily communication in that environment we will lose that language and will lose that connection.

The more we walked into the Forrest, we heard the birds clearly, the wind whistled by us, we seen hundreds of natures work developed all around us. The beauty was that the language itself was always within and its opened with a sense of beauty and gratitude for what nature is truly giving us which is a deep and powerful realization of who and what we are.
