"The secret of genius is to carry the spirit of the child into old age, which means never losing your enthusiasm." Aldous Huxley

We we're lucky to meet Jan Kusmirek down the Glastonbury Symposium, it was one of the most powerful and amazing eye opening weekend's we have done, meeting some incredible people who really expanded our minds and souls to a fountain of new ideas and Jan certainly did just that.

Being a man who brought so much to the health industry, Jan has such a deep understanding about the beauty industry and inner workings of nature and our connection to her. He developed a life-long appreciation of nature, agriculture and organic produce through his early years.

This quote below is very interesting becasuse it was taken from the book that inspired Jan on his jounrey for betterment. It sets the tone for life and this deeply moving podcast.

“The history of life on Earth has been a history of interaction between living things and their surroundings. To a large extent, the physical form and the habits of the earth’s vegetation and its animal life have been molded by the environment. Considering the whole span of earthly time, the opposite effect, in which life actually modifies its surroundings, has been relatively slight. Only within the moment of time represented by the present century has one species -man- acquired significant power to alter the nature of his world.” – Rachel Carson (author of Silent Spring)
